 Please note that your booking is secured by the receipt of your online payment.

Appointments not paid for within 2 hours of making your online booking will not be secured and you will not be able to attend the session.

Any cancellation up to 48 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will receive no refunds.

Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

My Collie Is Reactive To Other Dogs , Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes, all collies stay in their vehicles until it is this time to work Only one collie at a time is Mantrailing so when we work in private locations we can be confident that other dogs won’t pop up. However, in reality once your collie understands the game it is very likely that he will not even notice things that might cause him to be over whelmed in other situations.
My Collie Does Not Like Having A Harness On Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes, it’s not a problem, we pop it on at the start and leave it on for the session. Your collie will love the game so much that having the harness on will quickly become the cue that fun as about to happen.
My Collie Is A Car Chaser, Can We Still Enjoy This?
I often plan session in private locations so we can be confident that vehicles won’t pop up. However, in reality once your collie understands the game it is very likely that he will not even notice things that might cause him to be over whelmed in other situations.
My Collie Worries About Seeing People, Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes, it is my task as the instructor to keep everybody safe. If you are super worried I will ask you to bring a friend that your collie knows and loves so that they can work in your team until your collie begins to feel confident that novel people in weird places are the bringer of great rewards.
I Am I Need Of Some Mobility Support, Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes, each trail is laid for the success of the whole team. Collies or people who require some extra support, use mobility aids, have reduced vision or hearing are all catered for and can enjoy the sport together. I sometimes hold the long line and the owner comes alongside, other times we can use 2 lines on the collies for extra security. I will help every team to work at an appropriate pace and style so that we all have success.
My Collie Is A Fussy Eater, Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes, I have great ways to encourage our collies to feel rewarded for their skills. If your collie has a favourite toy or ball bring it along too….we can use any reward alongside the food.
I Have Already Taught My Collie With Another Trainer, Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes…..the basic skillset is the same for your collie. We can quickly get them into our system.
My Collie Will Guard The Car Can We Still Enjoy This?
Yes. We can park your vehicle away from the passing collies. Covering your vehicle with sheets and sitting in the car with your collie if you are worried will all help to ease the anxiety. Often the collies will settle after the first trail as they are so satisfied and relaxed by the sniffing and reward of working with you. Over a few sessions most collies learn to settle in the car and wait for their turn….this transfers to other car journeys too.
